Smoking Apple

Ingredients:
2 oz whisky (such as The Macallan Fine Oak 10 Years Old)
.75 oz fresh lemon juice
1.5 oz hand-pressed apple cider
2 fresh figs
2-3 sage leaves
.5 oz simple syrup
Directions:
Add ice.
Shake.
Strain over double rocks or martini glass.
Garnish with a sage leaf.
