Easy Hashbrown Casserole recipe

 Prep time: 5 min

Cook time: 35 min

Ready in 40 min

Servings: 6

 

Ingredients

  • 2 bags frozen shredded hashbrowns
  • 2 cans cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 2 bags of shredded cheddar cheese (more or less to taste)
  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken, bacon or sausage

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
  2. Broil for 5-10 minutes to brown the top.
  3. Crumble bacon or sausage or chicken on top of the casserole and serve
